Ark Communities is built on the foundation that all residents deserve attainable and quality housing. Our mission is to acquire and develop residential housing in areas with a high population of workers, children, and families to provide residents with comprehensive living solutions. We believe that a resident’s experience includes access to standard amenities such as dishwashers and laundry machines, a supportive and engaging community, and educational services. Each of our communities will partner with a property management team and local businesses to provide our residents with services outside the typical “landlord tenant relationship”. Our residents will experience financial, education, and career services that will excel them in their community. Ark Communities’ goal is to increase the supply of workforce housing and position our residents on the path to homeownership.
